固溶处理对A356.2铝合金组织和力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 试验研究了不同热处理工艺对A356.2铝合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:经545℃4.5 h固溶处理后,A356.2铝合金的综合性能最佳,抗拉强度和伸长率分别可达到271.22 N/mm2和15.83%。 The influence of different solution treatments on microstructure and mechanical properties of A356.2 aluminum alloy is investigated. The results show that A356.2 alloy after 545 ℃ 4.5 h solution treatment has the best comprehensive properties, the tensile strength is 271.22 N/mm^2 ,and the elongation is 15.83%.
