牡丹江丘陵区大豆食心虫发生动态及其防治技术的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为明确牡丹江丘陵区大豆食心虫的发生动态,同时为了开展生物防治大豆食心虫,采用了食心虫性信息素、化学药剂熏蒸以及两者相结合的方式对牡丹江地区大豆食心虫进行了系统调查及试验研究,以明确生物防治的效果。结果表明:牡丹江丘陵区大豆食心虫始发期在7月末,发生高峰期时间为8月5至12日,8月末期数量几乎为零。采用性信息素诱芯防治处理的大豆产量最高,效果最佳。诱芯与化学药剂结合的处理产量次之,两者与对照组差异显著。3种试验处理的虫食率分别为3.6%、4.4%和5.0%。其中化学药剂熏蒸虫食率与对照组差异不显著。性信息素诱芯防治效果为50%,诱芯+药剂处理与药剂熏蒸的防治效果分别为38.9%与30.6%。 In order to clear the occurrence dynamic of Leguminivora glycinivorella in Mudanjiang hilly region and develop the biological control of Leguminivora glycinivorella ,the effect of sex pheromone ,chemical fumi‐gation and a combination method was studied .The results showed that Leguminivora glycinivorella occured in late July and the peak time was on August 5 to 12 ,at the end of August ,the number was almost zero .The treatment of the pheromone lure had the highest yield ,the yield of combination method followed by ,the two treatments had a significant difference compared with the control .The insect‐feeding rate of three test treat‐ments was 3 .6% ,4 .4% and 5% respectively .The insect‐feeding rate of chemical fumigation had no significant difference with the control .The control effect of sex pheromone lure was 50% ,the control effect of combination method and chemical fumigation treatment was 38 .9% and 30 .6% respectively .
