摘要
结合柳州某岩溶发育场地的旋挖灌注桩检测实例,针对施工中基桩混凝土质量的异常情况,分别采取声波透射法、低应变法、钻芯法等多种检测手段判别基桩混凝土的完整性,并对基桩混凝土的异常情况进行综合分析,提出了复杂地质基桩综合判定方法,有效避免了基桩质量检测出现重判或误判的可能,可为复杂地质情况下的基桩质量检测提供参考。
Combining with a rotary drilling pile detection example in Liuzhou karst area, for the abnormal situations of pile concrete quality during construction, ultrasonic transmission method, low strain reflected wave method, core drilling method and other testing means are taken respectively to identify the integrity of pile concrete, and the abnormal situations of pile concrete are comprehensively analyzed. Then a comprehensive judgement method for detecting pile quality in complex geological areas is put forward to avoid the possibilities of heavy sentence or misjudgment of pile quality and provides a useful reference for pile quality detection under similar comlex geological conditions.
