浅谈大理石废石粉生产石材复合板的研究意义

摘要 随着石材复合板业的发展前途越来越广阔,国外对石材复合板尤其是大理石复合板的认知度和认可度愈来愈高。利用大理石废石粉用于生产石材复合板的新技术成为研究的焦点,此技术解决了大理石废石粉大量排放,污染环境的问题;实现了将废石粉变废为宝,提高了企业的经济效益;实现了高科技、高质量、低成本新型复合石材产品的规模化生产,为废石粉资源化利用提供示范性技术。文章介绍几种石材复合板的用途,进而研发大理石废石粉用于超薄玻璃石材复合板生产新技术。 With the composite stone industry has wide future, the stone material especially marble composite of compound has high recognition and approval. Using marble stone to produce stone material compound has become the focus of research, this technology solves the problem of the marble stone waste of emissions and environmental pollution: To waste reuse of stone and improve the economic benefit of enterprise; Realizing the high technology, high quality and low cost to produce new composite stone large-scale production, providing demonstration teclmology for waste recycle of limestone. The paper introduces the usage of several kinds of compound stone material, and research the new technology of using maiqirble stone to produce stone material compound with the type of ultra-thin glass.
