摘要
海上油气田电力系统是为油气生产提供动力的重要基础设施。由于海上电网特殊的自然环境和工艺环境,电网的能效与电能质量的变化过程与陆地电网相比有很多独特之处,对电网中各类设备也有更多特殊的要求。为了提高海上电网能源利用效率,保证电网的安全稳定可靠性,需要对能效及电能质量进行全时在线监测,发现其变化规律,找到其变化原因,进行全面管理及保护。
Offshore oil and gas fields' power system is an important infrastructure for oil and gas production. Because of its special natural environment and technology environment, the change process of the offshore grid's energy efficiency and power quality has many unique features compares to the land grid, and equipments also have more specific requirements. In order to improve energy efficiency and ensure the reliability, security and stability of the power grid, we need to monitor energy efficiency and power quality online, and to find how they changes and the reasons for tbe changes, In order to achieve comprehensive management and protection.
