摘要
选用了都匀毛尖茶,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法对其中的微量元素Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn的含量进行了分析测定。结果表明,该方法简单,精密度和准确度高,标准曲线线性关系好(RCa=0.9991、RMg=0.0.9977、RFe=0.9970、RMn=0.9987、RCu=0.9990、RZn=0.9985)。
