摘要
使用氟离子选择性电极法测定“纳爱斯”水果味成人牙膏和牙伢乐儿童牙膏中氟离子的含量,首先配制浓度为1×10^-2-1×10^-6 mol·L^-1的一系列氟离子标准溶液,然后采用标准曲线法测定其电位值并绘制出标准曲线,得到线性回归方程和线性关系,再通过计算得到样品中氟的含量。成人和儿童牙膏中氟的含量分别为0.9239 mg·g-1、0.7510 mg·g-1。控制TISAB的用量在10 m L左右,调节溶液的p H值为5.0~6.0。实验测定并分析TISAB溶液作为金属离子掩蔽剂和不同p H值对氟离子选择性电极法测定两种牙膏氟含量的影响。该分析方法的准确度、重现性、线性关系、稳定性均能达到科研和生产的要求,是牙膏中氟离子含量测定的有效方法。
This paper uses tbe fluoride ion selective electrode method for the determination of "NICE" the fruit flavor Adult toothpaste and teeth ya Lok Children toothpaste fluoride ion content, first formulated concentration of 1×10^-2 to 1×10^-6 mol·L^-1 series of fluorine ion standard solution, and then using the standard curve method to determine its potential value, and draw out the standard curve to obtain a linear regression equation and the linear relationship between the fluorine content in the sample is obtained by calculating. Adults and children fluoride toothpaste contents were 0.9239 mg·g-1、0.7510 mg·g-1. TISAB an amount of control in about 10 mL of the solution was adjusted to pH value of 5.0 to 6.0. Experiments and analyze the detennination of the fluorine content of the two kinds of toothpaste solution TISAB as masking agents and different pH values of metal ions on the fluoride ion selective electrode. The accuracy of the analytical methods, reproducibility, linear relationship between the stability able to meet the requirements of the scientific research and production, effective method for the determination of fluoride ion in toothpaste.
