Laboratories are important occasions for the universities to experimental teaching, scientific research and serve the society. The common problems in the construction and management of labs were been analyzed in the paper. For laboratory standardized and scientific management, it is important route that strengthen laboratory regulations building, increase the intensity of opening laboratory to realize resource sharing and improve the utilization rate of large-scale equipments.
