连续油管带底封分段压裂技术在渭北油田的应用 被引量:3

摘要 渭北油田长3油藏属于低孔、超低渗、低丰度、低产油藏。常规直井受储层裸露面积小、控制开采规模小等因素影响,开发效果不明显。为进一步提高油田整体开发效益,2013年在该地区提出了连续油管带底封喷砂射孔分段压裂工艺。该工艺通过连续油管注入射孔液实现喷砂射孔,环空注入主压裂液实现加砂压裂,底部封隔器对已压开井段实行隔离,由下而上逐段压裂。该工艺在××井应用后成功实施8段压裂,而且压后获得了可喜的产量。压后初期日产油9.53吨/天,日产液18.45吨/天,含水率48%。截止2013年11月15日累计产103.4吨,累计产液809.02吨。 Chang-3 oil reservoir of Weibei Oilfield belongs to low-porosity, ullra-low permeability, low abundance and low production reservoir, reservoir bare area is small and control production scale is small and so on which affected conventional vertical wells, the development effect is not obvious. In order to further improve the efficiency of oil field development, the anthor puts forward "sand blasting perforation sectional fracturing technology with coiled tubing and bottom packer" in 2013. In this technology, sandblasting and perforating are realized by injecting perfurating fluid through tubing, sand fracturing is achieved by injecting the main fracturing fluid from annular space, the layers being fractured are isolated by using bottom packers, to realize piecewise fracturing from bottom to top. The 8 period of fracturing was successful after the technology was applied in well xx, and made gratifying production after fracturing. With early oil production of 9.53 t/d, liquid production of 18.45 t/d, and moisture content 48 %. Until November 15th, 2013, cumulative increased oil reached 103.4 tons, cumulative increased liquid reached 809.02 tons.
