摘要
用溶剂热法,在油胺溶剂中,160℃加热反应12h成功合成了CdS:Mn纳米晶体。并对油相中合成的材料进行了功能化修饰,用巯基乙酸对材料进行了包裹。借助X射线衍射分析、傅里叶红外光谱、荧光谱图等测试方法对材料进行了表征,XRD数据表明,合成的CdS:Mn晶体PDF#为80-0019。IR数据显示,在CdS:Mn材料上成功修饰上了羧酸(-COOH)。CdS:Mn晶体修饰前后主要发射峰从527nm蓝移至489nm。
CdS:Mn quantum dots were synthesized by using solvothermal method in olcylamine at 160℃ for 12 h. The as-prepared CdS:Mn crystals were investigated by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and flurescence spectroscopy. The powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) showed that thc PDF of CdS:Mn crystals was 80-0019. IR absorption spectra showed that the carboxyl group (-COOH) is on the surface of CdS:Mn crystals. From the fluorescence spcctra The results showed that the main peak of nanoparticles of modified CdS:Mn was blueshifted from 527 nm to 489 nm.
