摘要 利用开U型缺口小冲杆试样对各向异性材料的轴向、周向和径向三个方向进行了不同温度试验研究,通过小冲杆能量随温度的变化,确定出小冲杆试验的转变温度TSP。结果表明,开U型直线槽小冲杆试验可以表征各向异性材料不同方向的韧脆转变温度及上平台冲击功之间的区别。结合常规小冲杆试验(不开缺口),得到开U型缺口的小冲杆试验能够更有效地应用于评价各向异性材料的力学性能。 This paper focused on the small punch test( SPT) at various temperatures,using specimens with a U-shaped notch.The standard specimens were fabricated from the anisotropy material along axial,cir-cumferential and radial directions, respectively, to study the mechanical properties.The ductile -brittle transition temperature TSP of the SPT can be determined by the small punch energy variation with tempera-ture.The test results indicated that SPT with notched specimens is competent to reveal the difference among the three directions in SPT transition temperature,as well as the difference in upper plateau frac-ture energy.It was therefore concluded that SPT using specimens with a U-shaped notch,is useful and effective to evaluate the mechanical properties of anisotropic material,combined with common SPT( with-out notched specimens) .
