通过300 MW蒸汽发生器制造过程中的管板镍基电渣堆焊、管板组件深孔加工、管子管板胀接、筒体与下封头局部热处理等关键工艺研制,掌握了其制造技术和质量控制要求。
Key processes and methods including nickel base material electric slag cladding, deep hole drilling,tube to tubesheet expanding,primary side shell and channel head local heat treatment were illus-trated through 300 MW steam generator manufacturing.
