大型往复压缩机6M80(50)机身曲轴加工

摘要 现代往复压缩机的以大容量、高压力、结构紧凑、低能耗、低噪声、高效率的方向发展,大型往复压缩机更是压缩机行业重点发展的关键产品,也是大型石化项目的关键设备。为了满足市场大处理量流程的需要,大型往复压缩机的开发势在必行。6M80-650.46/7-81.68/6-26-BX型联合气压缩机正是在这样的背景下研制的,本文介绍了大型往复压缩机6M80(50)基础件机身、曲轴的结构特点及切削加工特点,分析了机身、曲轴加工的工艺方案。 The development of modern reciprocating compressor directs to large capacity, high pressure, structure compact, low energy consumption, low noise and high efficiency. Large type reciprocating compressor is more the key product with significant development in compressor industry, as well as the key equipment for large petrochemical project. In order to meet the market demand of a large amount of processing process, the development of large type reciprocating compressor is imperative. 6M80-650.46/7-81.68/6-26-BX type combined gas compressor is developed under this background. This paper introduces the structure characteristics of the frame and crankshaft and the cutting processing characteristics, and analyzes the process scheme of frame and crankshaft processing.
