摘要
随着寿力1150XH/350型空压机使用年限的增长,由于散热系统工作效率不足所引起的设备故障问题逐渐增多;并针对寿力1150XH/350型空压机出现高温停机等问题,进行了存在问题分析,对其散热系统的冷却方式、布置方式以及水箱进行了改进。
With the service life growth of Sullair＇s 1150XH/350 air compressor, equipment failure caused by inadequate cooling sys- tem efficiency is gradually increasing. In view of shutdown and other issues due to high-temperature appeared in 1150XH/350 Sul- lair＇s air compressor, we analyzed the existing problem and improved the cooling type, the arrangements and water tanks.
