摘要
通过实验研究优化了用于醋酸甲酯羰基化制醋酐的乙酰吗啉-铑配合物新催化体系。结果表明,铑溶液质量浓度为400μg/L,锂盐质量浓度为1000μg/L,碘甲烷质量分数为15%为较佳的工艺条件,在160℃、4.0MPa反应条件下,反应速率最大为4.3mol/(L·h),而且系统稳定性好,有一定的应用潜力。
A novel rhodium complex catalytic system with N-acetylmorpholine as ligand for carbonylation of methyl acetate to acetic anhydride was optimized by experiments. The optimum parameters for this catalytic system were determined as follows:rhodium concentration of 400μg/L, lithium salt concentration of 1000μg/L and methyl iodide mass fraction of 15%. The reaction rate could be up to 4.3mol·L^-1·h^-1 under the reaction conditions of 165℃ and 4.0MPa. Furthermore, the system exhibited good stability. All of results indicated that it has good potential for industrial application.
