Hygroscopic Plastic Flexible Packaging Using PVA as Support

摘要 以聚乙烯醇为载体,分别加入增塑剂和甲基纤维素,通过流涎法制备吸湿薄膜。测试了薄膜的力学性能、透明度及吸湿性等。结果表明:增塑剂和甲基纤维素对薄膜的透明度影响较小,但是甲基纤维素对薄膜的雾度影响较大,雾度随着甲基纤维素添加量的增加而增加。 Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) was chosen as support, and plasticizer and methyl cellulose (MC) was added respectively. The hygroscopic membrane was prepared by casting, of which the mechanical properties, transparency and moisture absorption were tested. The results show that plasticizer and MC have limited impact on the transparency of the membrane, but MC in- creases haze of the membrane, and the haze increases with the amount of MC added.
