Application of the Maintenance of Underground Equipments Based on Virtualization Technology

通过描述虚拟维修技术的起源、发展、优点,解析了虚拟维修技术在井下设备维修中的应用。在对综掘机铲板上减速器维修时,运用虚拟技术,合理快捷地解决了问题。指出,在中国井下设备维修中,应大力推广这门技术,并应不断投入经费,以更好地在更多领域得到应用。

By describing the origin, development and benefits of virtual maintenance technology, the application of virtual maintenance technology in the maintenance of underground equipments is analyzed. In the maintenance of decelerator on shovel board of roadheader, the use of virtual technology solves the problem reasonably and efficiently. It is pointed out that in the maintenance of underground equipments in China, this technology should be promoted vigorously, and funds should be invested continuously, in order to make it be applied in more fields better.
