Application of Gutelong Grouting Material in Fully-Mechanized Mining Face Crossing Faults

固特珑化学注浆材料具有良好的抗压及粘结性能,山西省阳泉固庄煤矿15705综采放顶煤工作面揭露断层破碎带时,应用固特珑化学注浆材料进行超前化学注浆,有效加固了综采面断层破碎带围岩,取得了较好效果。对固特珑化学注浆材料及其应用进行总结,并对化学注浆加固的技术参数和注浆设备进行了论述。

Gutelong chemical grouting material is of good compressive and bonding property. Gutelong chemical grouting material was used for advanced chemical grouting by 15705 fully-mechanized mining caving face of Yangquan Guzhuang Coal Mine of Shanxi Province in exposing fault fracture zone, which effectively reinforced the surrounding rock of fault fracture zone of fully-mechanized mining face, and achieved good results. Gutelong chemical grouting material and its application was summarized, and the technical parameters and grouting equipments of chemical grouting reinforcement were discussed.
