摘要
高校图书馆中的"橡皮人"是指对高校图书馆存在的问题视而不见、不接受任何新生事物和意见、对批评表扬无所谓的馆员。橡皮馆员是由馆员自身的原因、社会因素以及职业因素造成的。根据其形成机制应综合应对。首先从自身找原因,将心态放平和,准确定位;其次,图书馆也要营造和谐的图书馆氛围、改变图书馆职业价值观念、提升馆员服务意识、实施绩效管理、建立激励机制、重视图书馆人员配备、完善馆员职称晋升的评聘制度,来扭转馆员橡皮化现象。
The "Plasticine" indicates the person who turns a blind eye to problems, rejects newborn things and advice, and has no attitude to praise or blame. The personal, social and occupational factors are the reasons about the formation of plasticine librarian. We should find reasonable solution to prevent the formation. Firstly, the librarians should have a peace of mind and make accurate localization. Secondly, creating harmonious atmosphere, revising the occupational values, improving the service librarians, carrying on the performance management, establishing the incentive mechanism, rationalizing the personnel allocation and perfecting the promotion system are important ways to prevent the formation of plasticine librarian.
