In order to meet the operating requirements for drying and absorption tower,the acid distributor requires stable operation and even distribution,enough operation flexibility and gas passage,and should be easy for maintenance and repair.The process and construction design features of full overflow type trough type acid distributor against plugging by broken ceramic ring and other foreign matters are elaborated on.The technical features of installation and maintenance are outlined,and it is pointed out that its sturcture makes it easy for cleaning foreign matters of like broken ceramic ring and acid mud.
