摘要
云峰分公司300 kt/a DAP/NPK装置一直以来产品包装温度偏高,导致部分产品热结块。分析了生产现状及结块原因,在进行堆码试验的基础上采取了预防和控制措施,新增冷却布袋除尘器和一台平面回转筛,并优化工艺指标,取得了好的效果。
In the 300 kt/a DAP/NPK plant of Yunfeng Branch,high temperature in product packaging has caused caking in part of the product.The production status and cause for caking is analysed.Based on stacking test,preventive and control measures are taken.Cooling bag dust collector and a flat rotary screen are added,and the process parameters are optimized,which have achieved excellent results.
