摘要
介绍了RDG转筒造粒机的工作原理和工艺布置,以及在硫磺回收装置中的应用情况,并针对其在应用过程中出现的一些问题,提出了相应的解决方案。认为RDG转筒造粒机技术经过不断的改进和优化,能够在硫磺回收装置中得到更加广泛的应用。
The working principle and process arrangement of the Rotary Drum Granulator(RDG) are outlined,as well as its application in the sulfur recovery unit.And for some of the problems occurred during its application,corresponding countermeasures are proposed.It is considered that the RDG,after continuous technological improvement and optimization,is suitable for wider application in the sulfur recovery unit.
