摘要
航天炉制粉选用PLC控制系统,由于现场工作环境复杂、干扰严重、安装分散,以及不便集中监控等因素存在很大弊端,提出了用DCS替代PLC对磨煤机进行控制。通过合理设计,在降低仪表施工成本的基础上,使DCS充分发挥其优越性,最大限度地保证了控制系统的安全性和可靠性,并在临泉二期改造工程上得到了成功应用,经验证,现场运行稳定。
The HT-L.gasifier powder preparation system uses PLC system.Due to complex working environment on site,severe interference,discrete installation,and lack of centralized montioring and control,it is proposed to use DCS in place of PLC for control of the coal mill.Through reasonable design,on the basis of reducing instrument construction cost,the advantages of DCS are fully brought out.which to the maximum content will ensure safety and reliability of the control system,and is successfully applied in the Linquan Phase Ⅱ revamp project.It is proven that the operation on site is stable.
