摘要
攀钢冷轧厂新投建了一条重卷机组,带钢在机组的活套处产生了明显的辊印缺陷,该缺陷在带钢上下表面都有,集中于带钢的操作侧及中部。其产生原因是辊子加工过程中产生的点状局部凸起,以及辊子安装不水平。通过对辊子的安装位置调整,及辊面进行打磨处理,有效地控制了辊印的产生。
