摘要 本文以Simotion D运动控制系统为例,阐述矢量旋转飞剪在冷轧工艺中的工艺结构、控制系统选型要点、系统结构、轴的组态关系、相关物理量及控制区域、凸轮曲线、飞剪工作状态、位置偏差与剪刃加减速关系、定尺精度在线监测等控制技术。同时对调试过程中出现的重点问题进行了详细分析并给出解决方案。 Through the case of Simotion D motion control system, the paper discusses the vector- rotating flying shear's process structure in cold rolling processing, key points of control system selection, system structure, axial configuration relations, related physical quantities, and control technologies including control area, cam curve, shear's operation status, the relations between positional deviation and acceleration & deceleration of shear blade and on-line monitoring of sizing accuracy. The paper also analyzes the important problems may occur during debugging in details and gives solutions.
