摘要
介绍了国际上最先进的多棱镜扫描分光式单头多光点高功率激光毛化技术,并对单头双点CO2激光毛化设备的结构及性能指标进行了详细介绍,针对该激光毛化设备的有序及无序毛化工艺进行了研究。
This paper introduces the international most advanced laser scanning spectral type single head light high power laser roughen technology, and the single head double point CO2 laser roughen device structure and performance index are introduced in detail, for the laser roughen equipment of ordered and disordered roughen process were studied.
