摘要
试验以新西兰玫瑰种子为材料,观察其种子形态、测定种子千粒重、饱满率和有仁率,并对不同层积处理后种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数进行分析研究。结果发现:新西兰玫瑰种子外形三角棱形;外皮黄白色,表皮较光滑略有纹络;种子平均长度0.397 cm、平均宽度0.102 cm、平均厚度0.113 cm;种子平均千粒重为8.819 g。在土壤肥力好,水分充足的条件下,新西兰玫瑰种子的饱满率达78.5%,有仁率为96.9%。新西兰玫瑰种子最佳的层积处理是用30℃温水浸泡后,在0~4℃条件下低温层积140 d。
New Zealand rose seed was experimented,observed the seed morphology; determined thousand seed weight, plumpness and kernel rate; and analyzed germination rate,germination potential and germination index of the seeds of different stratification. The result were discovered: New Zealand rose seeds is triangular prismatic shape; yellowish white skin,smooth slightly lines epidermis;seed of 0.397cm average length,0.113cm average thickness,8.819g average grain weight. In soil fertility and moisture adequate conditions,plumpness of New Zealand rose seed reached 78.5%,kernel rate of that was 96.9%. The best stratification treatment of New Zealand rose seed was for 140d under the condition of 0-4℃after 30℃warm water immersion.
