摘要 糖尿病已经成为影响发达及发展中国家重大的公共卫生问题,运动疗法在Ⅱ型糖尿病治疗过程中占有重要的地位。国内外学者针对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的运动处方展开了大量的研究。文章通过文献法,综述、分析Ⅱ型糖尿病运动处方中运动强度、运动持续时间、运动方式的研究进展,为制定Ⅱ型糖尿病运动处方提供科学依据。 Diabetes has become a major public health in developed and developing countries. Exercises therapy is an important method in treatment type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus. Domestic and foreign researchers have done a large number of studies in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus for exercise prescription. Through literature review, this article explore the curative effect of exercise intensity, exercise duration, and exercise type on type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus patients, to provide a scientific basis of exercise prescription for type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus patients.
