摘要
我国目前的快递业呈高速发展的态势,在发展中存在着市场监督手段乏力,市场管理体制不明确,缺乏管理规范;从业人员整体素质偏低,服务水平低下;企业现代化水平低,市场宣传手段单一等现象,要保持快递业的持续高速发展,应从健全法律法规、市场管理、人才培养、科技和服务质量等方面进行改革及提升。
The express industry in our country is showing a tendency to develop rapidly at present. In the meanwhile, some phenomena appear, such as weak market supervision, unclear market management system, lack of standardized management, low accomplishments of whole employees, unsatisfactory service, and low modernization of the business and single means of publicity, etc. In order to keep the express industry developing perfectly, strategies must be adopted, as regulating legal provisions, market management and personnel training, and raising the level of science and technology, and the quality of service.
