摘要糖尿病作为动脉粥样硬化形成的独立危险因素已为广泛接受,长期高血糖在动脉粥样硬化的发展中起着重要角色[1]。本研究旨在探讨冠心病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度（cIMT）与糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）变化的关系。
