中西部区域劳动力参与率影响因素的实证研究

Empirical Study of the Influencing Factors on the Midwest Regions' Labor Force Participation Rate

劳动力参与率可能会受许多因素的影响,而各因素对劳动力参与率的影响方向及程度是不同的,即使是同种因素,在不同的国家和地区的表现形式也并不相同.本文基于30个省市的时间序列数据,研究了我国中西部劳动力参与率的影响因素及其影响程度.结果显示,中西部区域下的影响因素与劳动力参与率的相关性有着一定的差异.

In general case, the labor force participation rate may be affected by many factors, and the effect of a certain factor is different in direction and extent. Even for the same factor, the,result would vary be- cause of countries and regions. According to the time series data of 30 cities, we studied the influencing factors and the impact of labor force participation rate in our country. The result shows that, for the two sub - region of the midwest region, the correlations between factors and labor force participation rate are dissimilar.
