安徽省区域创新资源配置效率研究

Research on Anhui Regional Innovation Resource Allocation Efficiency

本文采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,对2000-2012年安徽省区域创新资源配置情况进行分析,研究结果表明:安徽省区域创新资源配置总技术经济效率、纯技术效率和规模效率都较高,但R&D活动人员投入和R&D经费投入有部分冗余.最后,给出了一些启示和建议.

This paper analyses Anhui regional innovation resource allocation from 2000 to 2012 using the data envelopment analysis （DEA） method, the results show that overall technical economic efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of Anhui regional innovation resource allocation are all higher, but there are some redundant R＆D activities personnel and R＆D funds. Finally, some enlightenment and suggestions are given.
