摘要
从稳态热传导方程出发,研究了掺杂浓度为0.3%的Nd:YVO4板条状晶体内部的温度和热应力分布,计算了晶体端面泵浦区域中心和两端热应力随泵浦功率的变化以及单片晶体所能承受的最大泵浦功率,为大功率高光束质量的板条激光器的研制提供依据.
Based on the steady -state heat conduction equation, the temperature gradient and thermal in- duced stress of the doping concentration of 0.3 % Nd : YV04 at crystal are numerical calculated, and thermal stress changing with the pumping power of a single crystal at the center and two end of pumping region are in- vestigated, meanwhile, pump power which the crystal can bear is calculated. It provides the basis for the development of the high power high beam quality slab laser.
