福建省中学体育教师工作满意度现状的调查研究

Research on The Conditions of Physical Education Teachers' Satisfaction to Middle School Work in Fujian Province

运用访谈法、问卷调查法,对福建省中学体育教师的工作满意度进行初步的探讨研究.结果表明,福建省中学体育教师的工作满意度水平较高;对心理感受维度方面较为满意,对薪资福利维度方面满意度较低;不同年龄、教龄、学历、学校类别和地域的中学体育教师的工作满意度水平存在显著性差异.

Interview and questionnaire will be applied to do the preliminary research on the satisfaction of physical education teachers to middle school teaching in Fujian province. The results show： Job satisfaction level of PE teachers in middle schools in Fujian province is high; Satisfaction dimension to psychological feelings is high; Satisfaction dimension to salary welfare is low; middle school PE teachers＇job satisfaction levels exist significant differences in age, teaching age, educational background, school category and region.
