On the Diversified Service and Core Competitiveness of Library

图书馆的多元化服务,是指和文献信息服务相关但又不同于传统服务形式的服务,大力开展图书馆多元化服务,不仅是学习型社会视域下公共图书馆应当担负起的社会职责,也是在市场竞争日趋激烈和国家投入不足的情况下,提高其核心竞争力的有效途径。本文对图书馆多元化服务与核心竞争力进行了详细探讨,以期提高我国公共图书馆的服务水平。

The diversified service of library refers to the relevant literature information service different from the traditional service mode. The development of the diversified service is not only the social responsibility of public li- brary from the perspective of learning society but also the effective way to improve the core competitiveness under the circumstances of the increasingly fierce market competition and the lack of national financial support. This paper makes a detailed discussion on the diversified service and core competitiveness of library in order to improve the serv- ice level of Chinese public libraries. 1 Ref.
