摘要
目的构建果蝇神经粘附分子Neuroligin4诱饵蛋白载体。方法根据Neuroligin4基因的特点,分别设计胞外段和胞内段的引物序列,通过PCR、酶切等手段将目的片段接入诱饵载体中。结果经酶切和测序鉴定,成功构建Neuroligin4胞外端和胞内端诱饵蛋白质粒。结论 Neuroligin4诱饵载体的成功构建为研究Neuroligin4基因的功能奠定了基础。
Objective To construct the bait protien of drosophila neural adhesion molecule Neuroligin4. Methods Respec- tively according to the characteristics of the Neuroligin4 genes, we designed primer sequences of extracellular and intracellular, and connected purpose fragment with bait plasmid by PCR and enzyme digestion, etc, Results With identification by the enzyme diges- tion and sequencing appraisal array, the Neuroligin4 extracellular and intracellular bait plasmids were successfully contructed. Con- clusion Neuroligin4 bait carrier successfully building has paved the way for the function research of Neuroligin4 gene.
