品管圈活动对老年患者质子泵抑制剂服用时间知晓率影响

THE APPLICATION OF QUALITY CONTROL CIRCLE IMPROVING AWARENESS OF TAKING PROTON PUMP INHIBITORS IN ELDERLY HOSPITALIZED PATIENTS

目的探讨品管圈活动对老年住院患者质子泵抑制剂服用时间的知晓率影响。方法成立品管圈小组,通过针对本病区患者的特定,确定以老年住院患者质子泵抑制剂服用时间的知晓率为主题,分析其原因,制定住院患者的质子泵抑制剂服药指引和具体的教育内容及落实责任人,将质子泵抑制剂服药指引发到每个患者及家属手中,并由责任护士逐一讲解,在讲解的过程针对个体理解、记忆能力不同,反复强化重点教育至出院后。不定时的由责任护士电话随访,随访内容询问服质子泵抑制剂药。结果实施品管圈后患者对质子泵抑制剂服用时间知晓率由56%提高至80%。结论利用品管圈活动对老年住院患者服用质子泵抑制剂进行管理控制,不仅可以提高老年住院患者对质子泵抑制剂服用时间知晓率,提高患者满意度;也可以调动科室护士主动参与病房管理,增强护理人员的责任心和主动性,有利于护理团队的管理,能够更好地促进临床实际问题的解决。

Objective To study the effect of quality control circle improving awareness of taking proton pump inhibitors in elderly hospitalized patients. Methods We Established quality control circle; targeted theme; grasped the situation ; planned formulation and goal setting and analysis, strategy formulation, implementation and review of further improvement. Through a series of practical results of quality control circle that effectively improved awareness of taking proton pump inhibitors in elderly hospitalized patients, we developed a proton pump inhibitor medication guidelines. Results The rate of awareness of taking proton pump inhibitors in the patients was 80% through the ap- plication of quality control circle （ May 17, 2013 - June 17, 2013 ）, compared the rate 56% of the patients before it （January 30, 2013 - March 3, 2013 ）. Conclusion The application of quality control elderly hospitalized pa- tients to take proton pump inhibitors. It would not only improve awareness of taking proton pump inhibitors and patient satisfaction in elderly hospitalized patients, and it also mobilized the nurse to actively participate in ward manage- ment, enhanced the nurse sense of responsibility and initiative. So it was beneficial for the management of nurse and the resolution of clinical practice problem.
