医院医保管理工作的实践与体会

医保的全面覆盖及较低的统筹层次给医院医保管理工作带来困难。笔者根据新医改对医院医保管理工作的要求,分析当下存在的问题,并结合多年的工作经验,从医院角度出发,总结了几点切实有效的医保管理举措,促进医院医保管理工作有序运行与发展。

Full coverage of health insurances and the lower overall level brought difficulties to the hospital medical care management. According to the requirements of hospital medical care management under the background of new healthcare reform, from the view of hospital, this paper analyzes the existing problems and summarizes several effective measures combined with years of experience in order to promote the orderly operation and development of the hospital.
