摘要
木粉塑料表面理化性质不一样,不能很好相容,木塑界面的强度将会很大程度上影响木塑复合材料的力学性能,综述了用润湿理论来研究木粉和塑料的表面自由能、表面极性对界面强度的影响,弱边界理论研究木粉对界面的影响,以及偶联剂的作用机理探讨偶联剂的选择。
The different physical and chemical properties between wood powder and plastics leads to poor compatibility. The interface strength of wood-plastic composite material affects its mechanical properties. This article summarized the surface free energy surface polarity of wood powder and plastic affects the interface strength with wetting theory. And the effect of wood powder on the interface strength with theory of mechanical weak boundary theory was studied. Discussed on and how to choice the coupling agent according to the mecha- nism of the coupling agent was introduced also.
