高职院校学生资助工作的现状分析及其改进对策——以宁波教育学院为例

An Analysis of Current Situation and Countermeasures for Funding College Students

做好高职院校家庭经济困难学生资助工作,关系到学生的成长、成才。文章从高职院校学生资助工作的现状出发,结合实际工作情况,分析了高校学生资助工作中存在的问题,提出通过资助宣传工作与"三自"教育工作相结合、开展家庭经济困难学生团体心理辅导、构建合理真实的资助工作制度等途径,改进学生资助工作。

Aiding the college students in financial difficulties is related to the students’ growth and development. This article analyzes the problems in the aid work on the basis of the current situation by combining with the author’s working experience. Besides, the article explains how to do better in aiding college students from the publicity, the definition of the difficulties, the improvement of the system.
