摘要
为确定最优的退火工艺制度,对某钢厂冷轧DP590钢种连续退火工艺进行模拟试验,对该钢种在不同退火温度、快冷速度、过时效温度工艺条件下的组织和性能进行分析.结果表明:800℃退火时双相钢组织中马氏体比例为10%~15%,得到理想的双相钢的性能和组织;冷速提高可获得强化效果明显的板条马氏体,快冷段冷却速度在2(25℃/s时材料具有综合的性能指标;过高的过时效温度,发生贝氏体转变过时效温度为260~290℃可获得较为理想的组织和性能.
To determine the optimal annealing process, the continuous annealing process of cold rolled DP590is simulated, and the microstructures and property of tested steel are analyzed in different annealing tempera-ture, rapid cooling speed and over aging temperature. The results show that the annealing temperature is800 ℃, the martensite proportion in the dual-phase steel is 10%-15%, and the ideal microstrueture and proper-ties of dual phase-steel can be obtained. Increasing the cooling rate can get lath martensite, and obtain a signif-icant strengthening effect, when cooling rate is at 20-25 ℃/s, the ideal dual-phase steel property is achieved.If the overaging temperature is too high, when the bainte transformation is occurred. The ideal microstruetureand properties can be obtained with the overaging temperature of260-290 ℃.
