摘要
为了提高切割机的加工精度和生产效率,利用CAN总线和NURBS算法对切割机多电机控制系统进行改造。通过实时自适应NURBS曲线插补算法的设计、CAN总线应用层协议的编写,以STM32为控制核心设计硬件电路,实现多电机的协调控制;利用Lab View完成了工作过程的图形化显示。通过多项实验和企业的实际应用,表明切割机改造实现了远程控制,提高了加工精度,减少了产品的不良率,经济效益明显。
In order to improve the machining accuracy and production efficiency of the cutter, the control sys-tem is improved by CAN bus and NUSBS algorithm. The application protocol of CAN bus and the interpola-tion algorithm of real-time adaptive NURBS curve are designed. STM32 is the control core to design hardwarecircuit and achieve the coordination of multiple motors. The work process of GUI is carried out by LabView.Through several tests and real application in the enterprises, the improvement of cutter realizes the function ofremote control, increases the machining accuracy of cutters, reduces the unqualified rate, and has obviouseconomic benefits.
