河南省城乡居民工资性收入差距的原因及对策研究

The Causes and Countermeasures of Salary Income Gap between Urban and Rural Residents in Henan Province

城乡收入差距过大问题已经严重阻碍了河南省经济的发展,而工资性收入差距在其中所占的比例最大。分析河南省城乡工资性收入差距的现状和原因,从提高农村居民的职业技能,增加农村居民的非农就业机会,改变农村居民生活观念等三个方面提出了整套解决方案,从而推动河南省区域社会经济的协调发展。

The problem of large income gap between urban and rural areas has seriously hindered the economic development of Henan prov ince, and in which the proportion of wage income gap is the largest. The present situation and reason analysis of salary income gap between ur ban and rural areas in Henan province, from improving the quality of rural residents, put forward a complete set of practical solutions in these aspects： increasing rural residents of nonagricultural employment opportunities and changing the idea of life in rural areas, all of which promote the regional coordinated development of social economy in Henan province.
