摘要
在高等教育的持续发展中,高校内部教学质量保障体系是关系高等教育质量的关键。既有的高校教学评估重鉴定轻监管,使教学单位在被动迎评中缺乏教学发展的持续动力和教学保障、监控机制。针对当前高校教学评估中存在的缺失提出教学评估的元评估,探索了将元评估应用到高校教学评估中的具体策略,以通过教学元评估机制的建立促使高校内部教学评估真正发挥效能,推动高校建立规范、有序、标准化的内部教学评估体系。
The guarantee system of teaching quality in colleges and universities is critical to the quality of higher education in the sustainable development of the higher education. The present teaching evaluation, which stresses identification and underrates supervision in the colleges and universities, makes the teaching units lack of motiva- tion for the teaching development and monitoring mechanism in their passive evaluation. To counter the deficiency existing in current university teaching, this paper presents meta-evaluation in the teaching evaluation, and ex- plores the specific strategy to apply meta-evaluation to the university teaching evaluation. The aim is to give full play to the internal teaching evaluation really in colleges and universities and promote their establishment of stand- ardized and orderly teaching evaluation system.
