摘要
在智慧城市建设背景下,探讨"智慧教育"的理论和实践。在理论层面,提出了"智慧教育"所包含的教育理念、新型技术、服务体系3层内涵,梳理了"智慧教育"所具有的典型特征,探讨了"智慧教育"环境下面向学习者的学习模式创新、面向教师的教育模式创新,以及面向学校和主管部门的管理模式创新问题。在实践层面,以宁波市为例,剖析了该地区"智慧教育"建设的探索与实践;进而提出以"智慧教育"建设为契机,加快区域教育事业科学发展的策略。
In the background of smart city construction, this paper explores the theory and practice of smart education. Theoretically, this paper puts forward three implications in smart education--- education philosophy,new technologies and service system, explains the typical characteristics of smart education and discusses management innovations of learner-oriented, teacher-oriented, and education administration oriented models.Practically, with Ningbo as an example, the paper analyzes the exploration and practice of smart education construction in the city and puts forward the measures to speed up the scientific development of regional education with smart education construction as an opportunity.
