高校内涵建设的思考——老子“无为”思想的向度

On the Connotation Construction of Colleges——the Dimensions of Lao Zi's "Inaction" Thought

"无为"是以老子为代表的道家思想的核心,其蕴涵着丰富的哲理和智慧。在高校内涵建设的问题上,我们也能够从"无为"思想中汲取很多智慧。我们认为,"无为"思想启发高校的管理者要遵循教育规律,需要正确处理四个关系,即内和外、简和繁、动和静、为和不为等。

＂Inaction＂is the core of Taoism represented by Lao zi,which contains a wealth of philosophy and wisdom.On the issue of college connotation construction,we can also learn a lot from the ＂inaction＂ thought.We believe that it inspires the college administrators to follow the law of education in correctly handling four relationships,namely,between the inner and the outer,the simple and the complex,the dynamic and the static,and between action and inaction.
