摘要
本文首先分析了NoLa型感应电动机晶闸管调压调速的功率因数,和效率低的根本原因,从而提出了改进功率因数和效率的措施。然后,提出了低同步速度时恒转矩调速方案;对它进行了静态分析;最后,报告了本装置的实验和运行情况。
First,this paper analyses the root causes of lower power factorand efficiency of Nola power factor controller for increasing thepower factor and efficiency of induction motors,and then an impro-ved method of increasing the power factor and efficiency for thyri-stor controlled induction motors is presented.An adjustable speedmethod for induction motors with constant torque is presented.Amodel of the controlled induction motors is developed.At last,theexperiment results are also prestneed.
