泄漏管直径对R290空调器使用安全性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 易燃易爆特性是R290作为制冷剂应用于空调器的一大阻碍。本文通过模拟R290空调器的泄漏,得出空调器关机状态下发生泄漏后,对不同泄漏孔径的泄漏率及泄漏量与泄漏时间的关系。试验结果表明,对于安装高度为2.8 m,充注量为300 g的壁挂式空调器,泄漏孔径在0.7 mm以下时,使用空间的R290浓度是安全的;对于地面摆放的整体式空调器,泄漏孔径为0.2 mm及以上时,在高度0.75 m以下的局部空间会出现R290浓度超标。 The inflammable and explosive characteristics of R290 are the biggest obstacle as the refrigerant used for air-conditioners.The relationship among leakage ratio,leakage volume and leakage period of different diameters after refrigerant is leaking from the air conditioner under off state,is obtained by simulating the leakage of R290 air-conditioner.The experimental results show that for wall-mounted air-conditioner whose installation height is 2.8 m and the refrigerant-charging volume is 300 g,if the leakage pipeline's diameter is less than 0.7 mm,it's safe to use R290.As for the integrated air-conditioner standing on the floor,if the leakage pipeline's diameter is 0.2 mm or above,the concentration of R290 under the height of 0.75 m may exceed the concentration requirement.
