热泵专用压缩机曲轴偏心圆磨损分析及改善方案探讨

摘要 空气源热泵专用压缩机运行范围广,工况恶劣情况下压缩机泵体易出现磨损,尤其是曲轴偏心圆部位常因磨损而使压缩机泄漏量增加甚至出现卡死等现象。本文分析空气源热泵专用压缩机泵体零件易磨损的原因,针对曲轴偏心圆部位的磨损进行初步分析并提出改进建议。 The operation range of compressor specially for air-source heat pump is wide and the abrasion occurs in compressor's pump when the operating condition is bad.Especially for the crankshaft's eccentric circle,the abrasion often causes leakage increase or even stick of the pump.The pump abrasion's reason of compressor specially for air-source heat pump is analyzed.Aimed at the abrasion of the crankshaft's eccentric circle,the preliminary analysis and improvement suggestions are put forward.
