Energy efficiency analysis and improvement of water system of central air-conditioning in one commercial building

根据泵和管路的配合特性,分析某商厦中央空调水系统水泵性能及管路特性,查找水泵严重偏离高效区运行的原因,基于少投入高回报的原则,提出并实施较为合理的改造方案。经运行试验,改造方案取得了很好的节能效果,为中央空调水系统存在类似问题并需要节能改造者提供一定的启发和借鉴。

According to the characteristics of pump cooperating with pipeline,water pump＇s performance and pipeline＇s characteristics of water system of central air-conditioning in a commercial building are analyzed.The reasons for the water pump operation seriously deviating from the high efficient area are found.Based on the principle of less investment and high return,a reasonable reformation scheme is put forward and implemented.The reformation scheme has achieved good energy-saving effects through operation tests,which can provide some inspirations and references for energy-saving reformation of water system of central air-conditioning which has similar issues.
